Our platform supports seamless operations, resident communication, compliance management, and digital transformation within residential and mixed use environments. We serve clients across multiple countries and are expanding our UK presence.
We are looking for a Property Management Specialist who understands the rhythm of UK property operations and enjoys solving operational challenges through technology. The role suits someone who has worked in property management, block management, lettings operations, facilities or any related field, and who is comfortable guiding clients on how to use digital tools to run their portfolio smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Support clients in adopting the Haventria platform including onboarding, feature training, and ongoing advisory
- Respond to client queries with clarity and care while maintaining high standards of service
- Guide property teams on best practices for managing maintenance tickets, resident communication, amenity bookings, inspections, compliance reminders, and data accuracy
- Create simple reports, FAQs, and process notes for internal and client use
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to share client feedback and improve platform experience
- Assist with configuration of client accounts including unit setup, resident data, notice boards, and operational workflows
- Monitor platform usage and ensure clients receive maximum value from all available features
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in line with GDPR and company policies
Required Experience
- Experience in property management, block management, lettings, estate operations, facilities coordination or a related field within the UK
- Strong understanding of resident communication, maintenance workflows, and compliance routines used in UK property settings
- Confident in using digital tools, CRM systems, or property management software
- Excellent communication skills with a calm and professional approach
- Ability to explain processes in simple terms and build trust with clients
- Strong organisational ability and attention to detail
Nice to Have
- Experience with SaaS tools
- Understanding of UK housing regulations
- Background in customer success or training
