Bank Maintenance Engineer Location: Various Trading Shops Contract: Bank / Casual

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Bank Maintenance Engineer to support the upkeep and smooth operation of our trading shops. This role is vital in ensuring our premises are safe, well‑maintained, and able to operate without disruption.

Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for carrying out day‑to‑day maintenance, repairs, and testing across our trading shops, ensuring they are maintained to a high standard.
  • You will also liaise with shop managers and external contractors, helping to prioritise and action maintenance needs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake maintenance, testing, and repair work across all trading shops.
  • Ensure shops are maintained to a high standard and remain operational with minimal disruption.
  • Arrange and monitor works completed by external contractors, escalating issues to the line manager where required.
  • Accurately record all maintenance requests and completed repair work.
  • Liaise with shop managers to ensure maintenance needs are met and prioritised appropriately.
  • Ensure the inside of shop windows are kept clean and presentable at all times.
