We are looking for a reliable and proactive Bank Maintenance Engineer to support the upkeep and smooth operation of our trading shops. This role is vital in ensuring our premises are safe, well-maintained, and able to operate without disruption.

About The Role

You will be responsible for carrying out day-to-day maintenance, repairs, and testing across our trading shops, ensuring they are maintained to a high standard. You will also liaise with shop managers and external contractors, helping to prioritise and action maintenance needs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake maintenance, testing, and repair work across all trading shops.
  • Ensure shops are maintained to a high standard and remain operational with minimal disruption.
  • Arrange and monitor works completed by external contractors, escalating issues to the line manager where required.
  • Accurately record all maintenance requests and completed repair work.
  • Liaise with shop managers to ensure maintenance needs are met and prioritised appropriately.
  • Ensure the inside of shop windows are kept clean and presentable at all times.
