About the Role:
Your role would involve supporting people with all aspects of day-to-day living, some aspects of personal care, in their homes and out in the community. The people you would support have a range of interests which include going to cinema, disco, picnic in the park, trampolining. They also enjoy walking into town for a coffee, shopping and exploring different places by bus or train. If you share these interests, then this could be a great opportunity for you to work in an environment that combines your shared interests with your career.
About the usual working pattern:
To be discussed at interview. Shift patterns will include weekend working on a rotational basis. As a flexible employer we are open to discussing what work patterns are mutually beneficial to meet the needs of the people we support.
