About the Role:

You will be required to work flexibly across all of our Devon homes (Teignmouth, Paignton, Newton Abbot & Brixham). Your role would involve supporting people with all aspects of day-to-day living, some aspects of personal care, in their homes and out in the community. The people you would support have a range of interests such as walking, driving out in the car, swimming, eating out, going for coffee, shopping and exploring different places via bus or train. If you share these interests, then this could be a great opportunity for you to work in an environment that combines your shared interests with your career.

About the usual working pattern:

To be discussed at interview. Shift patterns will include weekend working on a rotational basis. As a flexible employer we are open to discussing what work patterns are mutually beneficial to meet the needs of the people we support.

Essential for the role:

Full UK driver’s license and access to a vehicle for work purposes
