Job Title: Supported Housing Assistant
Salary Scale – £25,500- £27,000 Pro-rata (subject to qualifications and experience)
Hours: 25-30; Part-time (Hours negotiable)

Location: Hybrid role with expectation to visit property location within Plymouth, Devon & Cornwall

Responsibilities

  • Liaising with our tenants and their network to ensure a safe, suitable and habitable home
  • Health & Safety Inspections
  • Identifying repairs and maintenance to maintain a high standard of accommodation
  • Supporting benefits and eligibility for funding
  • Welcoming and friendly approach to nurture stakeholder relationships

Qualifications

  • Driving license and access to a vehicle (Essential)
  • CIH Qualification L2/3 OR similar experience (Desirable)
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt and learn to new experiences
  • A willingness to grow your supported housing skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
  • Confident to plan independent schedules
