About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic, resourceful and forward-thinking person and are excited to be recruiting a Support Worker to work in one of our supported living services in Plympton. We are looking for someone who has a full UK driving license and has a minimum of 2 years UK experience in a supported living setting.
GOOJ is a lady in her 60’s who has a diagnosis of a learning disability. She loves getting out and about in her car, attending local events, going shopping and spending time with friends. GOOJ is the life and soul of the party and enjoys living her life to the fullest. GOOJ requires support with all aspects of her life, including shopping, taking care of her home, accessing the community and personal care.
Working pattern
We have a 2-week rolling rota. Please note, this is subject to change with the changing needs of the service.
Week 1
Friday- 1000-2300 & Sleep
Saturday- 0800-1000
Week 2
Friday- 1500-2300 & Sleep
Saturday- 0800-1000
