As a Quality Improvement Lead, you are a skilled, credible, and values‑led practitioner who works at the heart of service delivery — alongside support colleagues, and Registered Managers — to raise the quality of support, strengthen practice, and embed a culture of continuous improvement in the services you work with.

Quality Improvement & Practice Development

  • Work directly and consistently alongside frontline teams in services — observing, coaching, and supporting staff to develop their skills, knowledge, and day‑to‑day practice in a way that is hands‑on, respectful, and focused on real and sustained improvement.
  • Identify gaps in practice, knowledge, or culture within the services you work with, and develop targeted, practical responses that address root causes rather than surface symptoms.
