Join our One Great Team here at Haven as a Security Team Member, where you’ll be maintaining a safe & secure environment for our guests, owners and team. We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic SIA Door Supervisor (DS) licensed Security Team Member, with a strong focus on overnight and day shift working patterns available, to join our fun and welcoming facilities team at Haven! As part of our 24-hour security operation, you’ll play a vital role during evenings, nights, and early mornings, helping to create a safe, relaxed, and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests and team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol the holiday park, particularly during overnight hours, to ensure the safety and security of our guests, owners, and team at all times.
- Assist in the management of park access, ensuring only authorised individuals, guests, and owners are permitted on site.
- Respond promptly and professionally to any security-related incidents, including overnight incidents, medical emergencies, alarms, or guest concerns.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of incidents, reporting to management as required.
- Provide friendly and helpful guest experiences, supporting guest queries during late-night and early-morning periods.
- Work closely with other team members and departments to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment across all hours of operation.
Requirements
- Must hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor (DS) licence.
- Previous experience in a security role, preferably within hospitality or leisure, is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional.
- High attention to detail and excellent observational skills.
- Flexibility is essential, with availability to work overnight shifts, evenings, weekends.
