We are seeking a warm, welcoming host to greet guests and owners, check passes, and guide them through their check-in experience. Key Responsibilities – Primarily based outdoors, you'll welcome guests and owners warmly uponarrival at our check-in gate.-Create a great first impression while assisting with the check-in process. – Verify passes, answer questions, and offer helpful information on parkamenities, events, and activities. – Act as an on-site information guide, helping guests get acquainted with thepark and plan their stay. – Handle any initial queries or issues, ensuring our guests and owners feelvalued and cared for. – Collaborate with other teams to create a smooth, welcoming environment fromarrival to departure. Requirements – Previous experience in a customer-facing role is beneficial but not essential. – Friendly, approachable, and confident in interacting with guests of all ages. – Strong communication skills and a passion for providing excellent service. – Flexible availability, including weekends and peak times. – A team player who can adapt to a dynamic environment with ease.
