Haven is seeking a Head of Facilities to lead a large team responsible for site maintenance, facilities, security and cleaning operations at Lydstep Beach Holiday Resort. You will ensure a safe, clean and welcoming park environment for guests and owners, aligning with Haven standards.
In this role you will manage budgets, drive improvements, lead with performance feedback, and ensure regulatory compliance while developing your team through structured inductions and ongoing training.
