You will be 80% hands-on with the remainder guiding technical direction, mentoring colleagues and shaping how features are built and validated. You’ll embed AI capabilities across the lifecycle and contribute to product and engineering ceremonies.
You’ll work remotely most of the time, with occasional visits to our Hemel Hempstead office or Haven parks for collaboration and events.
