We’re looking for a Revenue Management Systems Manager to play a pivotal role in driving performance and innovation across our Commercial team. In this high-impact role, you'll lead the charge in optimizing our pricing systems to not only hit - but exceed - our ambitious targets. You'll be the catalyst for continuous improvement, streamlining processes, embedding best practices, and turning stakeholder insights into powerful, scalable solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading the implementation of pricing and revenue management strategies, ensuring commercial teams are empowered with the right tools and controls to drive performance while managing risk.
  • Acting as a trusted subject matter expert, providing guidance and support on pricing systems while collaborating with internal teams and external partners to resolve complex issues.
  • Championing knowledge sharing by creating and maintaining clear, accessible documentation that captures the purpose, process, and best practices of all pricing system activities.
  • Driving continuous improvement by supporting the evolution of pricing and revenue systems, focusing on enhancing processes, efficiency, and user experience.
  • Staying connected to the data, maintaining a strong understanding of data interactions and confidently representing the team with senior stakeholders when required.
  • Managing one report, encouraging a positive and enthusiastic team environment.

What we’d like you to bring:

  • Strong understanding of Revenue Management and Pricing concepts, ideally within the travel industry, with working knowledge of Central Reservation Systems and pricing platforms.
  • Comfort with Big Data concepts and Data Science techniques, and skilled at translating complex data into meaningful commercial insights.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills, able to influence and collaborate confidently across teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Highly analytical mindset with the ability to juggle multiple projects, prioritise effectively, and make data-led decisions under pressure.
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel, with solid skills in PowerPoint and Word to support impactful analysis and communication.
  • You will ideally have knowledge of SQL.
