As the Pub Manager, you’ll be at the heart of an energetic pub team, leading with clear direction and motivation. You’ll inspire your team to hit their goals and maintain high standards by showing them how it’s done. You’ll help to keep them motivated and train them to excel at their roles, tackling challenges and supporting their development. Managing resources such as budgets and tools will ensure smooth operation. You’ll also drive fantastic guest experiences, continuously improve interactions, solve issues, and ensure safety, compliance, and policy adherence.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, motivate, and support the team to deliver excellent service and achieve targets.
- Ensure top‑tier guest satisfaction by addressing concerns, improving service, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
