We’re recruiting two Procurement Managers to help power the day-to-day running of Haven and support the moments that matter most for our guests. Reporting to the Category Manager for Operations, you’ll lead sourcing and category activity across property and goods and services such as Facilities Management, activities, entertainment, retail and H&S. Working in partnership with teams across Haven, you’ll shape supplier strategies that deliver strong commercial value while championing safety, quality and great guest experiences.
What you will be doing:
- Managing day-to-day commercial relationships with suppliers, working closely with the Category Manager for Operations to deliver strong outcomes.
- Partnering with Operations stakeholders and Procurement colleagues to shape, develop and manage clear, effective category plans.
- Making purchasing simple and transparent, ensuring category processes work smoothly and support teams across Haven.
- Contributing actively to Haven’s wider procurement strategy, sharing insight and supporting continuous improvement across the team.
- Leading end-to-end sourcing and category management activity, identifying new opportunities, negotiating contracts and strengthening the supply base with Haven’s interests at heart.
What we’d like you to bring:
- Proven experience in procurement or buying, ideally across goods and services categories such as FM, Retail, Activities, Entertainment or Leisure, with a strong understanding of park operations and their commercial impact.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, able to build trusted relationships and influence confidently at all levels, including senior leaders, directors and external suppliers.
- Solid end-to-end knowledge of the procurement lifecycle, including sourcing, negotiation, contract management and compliance, with a good working understanding of contract law.
- Highly analytical and commercially minded, with the ability to develop cost models, interpret complex or incomplete data, assess supplier financials, and identify value-creating opportunities.
- Organised, resilient and results-focused, able to balance multiple projects, work independently or collaboratively, navigate ambiguity, and make sound strategic and tactical decisions that support guests and teams.
