Join our One Great Team here at Haven as a People Administrator FTC, where you’ll play a key part in supporting the park leadership team to create a positive team experience.
We’re on the lookout for an organised and motivated People Administrator Support to join our HR and People Operations team. In this role, you’ll assist our People Administrator in all aspects of team management, from onboarding to payroll support and welfare initiatives. If you have a passion for people, an eye for detail, and a desire to make a positive impact, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities- Assist the People Administrator in managing team records, including onboarding, leave tracking, and payroll support.
- Support managers with recruitment, onboarding compliance, and ensuring all team profiles are accurate and up to date.
- Help maintain compliance tasks, including DBS checks, training reminders, and contract updates.
- Coordinate with the People Administrator to monitor team engagement, support welfare programs, and promote wellbeing initiatives across the park.
- Assist with handling team queries on pay, schedules, and system access, providing friendly, efficient support.
- Help organise team recognition programs and assist with engagement activities, including surveys and awards.
- Previous experience in an HR, administrative, or people operations role is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, with excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication skills, with a helpful and approachable attitude.
- Proficiency with HR software or systems, and a willingness to learn Haven’s specific platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
