We’re looking for an enthusiastic Activity Instructor to deliver a range of fun and safe activities across our park, from high ropes and climbing walls to archery and sports. If you’re energetic, love working with people, and enjoy being hands-on, this role could be perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and safely supervise a variety of activities, ensuring an enjoyable experience for all guests.
- Engage with guests of all ages, providing friendly and clear instructions for each activity.
- Conduct safety checks on equipment and activity areas, maintaining high safety standards.
- Assist with setting up and packing away activity equipment, ensuring areas are tidy and organised.
- Encourage participation, boost team spirit, and create a fun, welcoming atmosphere, overall delivering a great guest and owner experience.
Requirements
- Experience in a similar activities or sports role is beneficial but not essential.
- Friendly, energetic, and confident in leading activities to groups of all ages.
- Strong awareness of health and safety practices in an activity’s environment.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle any issues that arise.
- Flexible with availability, including weekends and school holidays.
This opportunity requires the new candidate to undergo, and satisfactorily complete, an Enhanced DBS check prior to starting work.
