Position: Pool Receptionist
Type: Full-Time/ Part-Time / Seasonal
Pay Rates: Up to £12.21 per hour depending on age
Join our One Great Team here at Haven as a Pool Receptionist, where you’ll welcome guests to the pool and help them make the most of their visit with friendly service and useful poolside essentials!
We are seeking an organised, personable Pool Receptionist to manage guest bookings, share information on pool activities, and promote essential swim accessories. If you enjoy a guest-facing role and have a flair for service and sales, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check in guests, ensuring a smooth start to their pool experience.
- Promote and sell pool essentials like armbands, goggles, and other swim accessories.
- Provide information on pool schedules, safety rules, and available amenities.
- Maintain an organised, welcoming reception area, contributing to a clean and safe environment.
- Monitor bookings and pool capacity to maintain a safe and enjoyable setting for all guests.
Requirements
- Experience in a customer service or sales role is beneficial.
- Friendly, confident communicator comfortable with promoting products to guests.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, family-friendly environment.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and peak times.
This opportunity requires the new candidate to undergo, and satisfactorily complete, an Enhanced DBS check prior to starting work
