Join our One Great Team here at Haven as a Pool Attendant and help us make our pool area the ultimate destination for fun and relaxation!

As a Pool Attendant, you’ll be at the heart of the action, making sure every guest has an unforgettable experience!

You’ll keep the pool area sparkling clean and inviting, assist guests with anything they need to make the most of their visit.

Working alongside our lifeguards, you’ll help create a safe and fun‑filled swimming experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests, answer questions, and assist with any needs to enhance their pool experience.
  • Ensure poolside areas, changing rooms, and lounge areas are clean, safe, and organised.
  • Monitor pool area to ensure guests follow facility rules and safety regulations.
  • Support lifeguards by observing pool activity and alerting them to any potential safety concerns.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a pool or leisure environment as a Pool Attendant or Lifeguard is beneficial, but not essential.
  • Basic knowledge of pool safety practices is a plus; if not, we provide training.
  • Ability to remain alert and attentive in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Friendly and approachable attitude with good communication skills.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

This opportunity requires the new candidate to undergo, and satisfactorily complete, an Enhanced DBS check prior to starting work.
