Join our One Great Team here at Haven as a Kitchen Shift Leader, where you\βll play a key role in leading the team to create unforgettable dining experiences for our guests!
In this role, youβll be at the heart of an energetic team, leading assigned shifts with clear direction and plenty of motivation. Youβll inspire the team to provide fantastic guest experiences and high-quality standards. Plus, you\βll make sure everything stays safe, compliant, and on point with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
β Lead and support the team by assigning tasks, ensuring smooth workflow, and motivating the team to deliver excellent service.
β Provide prompt, professional guest service, addressing complaints and special requests.
β Oversee food preparation, ensuring quality, taste, and compliance with standards.
β Maintain adherence to food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness regulations.
β Assist in training new team members on company policies and procedures.
β Participate in team duties while stepping up as the shift leader when assigned.
Requirements
β Previous experience as a Deputy Kitchen Manager or a Second Chef/Sous Chef
β Strong leadershipand communication skills.
β Detail-oriented, especially when handling food orders.
β Committed to providing high-quality, customer-focused service.
β Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
