Income Assistant Hemel Hempstead (Hybrid – 3 Days per week in office)

Join us as an Income Assistant and become a vital part of our fast-paced finance team. Based in Hemel Hempstead with the flexibility to work from home up to 50% of the time, you’ll help ensure our financial transactions are accurate, compliant, and on time – supporting smooth operations across our much-loved holiday parks. Whether it\’s reconciling bank statements or resolving queries with teams on site, your precision and problem-solving skills will help keep everything ticking along behind the scenes.

Handle customer queries and ensure accurate posting of financial transactions
Conduct daily bank reconciliations across multiple accounts
Help streamline and improve processes where possible
A strong understanding of accounts receivable and basic accounting principles
Experience with bank reconciliations and financial systems
Proficient Excel skills, including pivot tables and v-lookups
An accountancy qualification such as AAT (desirable but not essential)
