Overview

Join Haven as a Holiday Home Advisor at Burnham-on-Sea, Somerset. This full-time/permanent role offers an industry-leading base salary plus commission (OTE 50k+). The position is based at Marine Drive, Burnham-on-Sea, Somerset TA8 1LA, GBR, within a team that aims to create unforgettable holiday experiences for families across Haven’s parks.

Responsibilities

  • Create Holiday Dreams: Help families secure their dream holiday home at Haven, supported by comprehensive product training and ongoing guidance.
  • Build Lasting Bonds: Engage with existing owners and guide them through seamless part-exchange experiences for their current holiday homes.
  • Sales with Heart: In a target-driven environment, demonstrate integrity, honesty, and transparency to deliver positive sales experiences for prospective holiday homeowners.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in roles such as Caravan Sales Advisor, Car Sales Executive, Estate Agent, or similar positions.
  • Exceptional communication skills: self-motivated, confident, and passionate about delivering top-tier customer experiences.
  • Results-driven with experience in high-value, target-focused environments; ability to close deals while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Financial acumen: familiarity with financial governance and credit processes is a plus.
  • Full UK driving license: beneficial but not essential.
