Haven is seeking a Youth Employability & Development Partner for a 12-month fixed term contract in Hemel Hempstead. The role is hybrid (3 days in office) with regular travel to Haven parks.
You will design and scale youth employability programmes, build partnerships with government bodies and education providers, and coach teams to recruit and develop young people. You will support young people into work through wraparound services, monitor impact, and help Haven secure funding while expanding
