Join us as a National Holiday Home Revenue Manager and play a key role in driving profit per pitch across our parks. You’ll work closely with park leadership and commercial teams to translate complex strategies into actionable, day-to-day operational plans that maximise revenue. Using your expertise, you’ll analyse data to uncover opportunities for improvement and align commercial and service initiatives with our wider business goals. With a hands-on approach, you’ll support park teams through visits, virtual engagement, and specialist training, empowering them to deliver outstanding results and exceptional customer experiences. What You’ll Be Doing
- Ensuring operational understanding of the pitch strategy and develop support plans at both local and national levels.
- Providing functional support and coaching to park leadership teams, driving caravan sales and letting penetration targets.
- Identifying training needs, developing initiatives, and monitoring effective adoption of improvements across parks.
- Facilitating best practice sharing and fostering cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders to support business goals.
- Monitoring operational standards, supporting talent development, and assisting in strategic projects alongside the National Head of Holiday Home Revenue.
What We’d Like You To Bring
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to make informed decisions considering complex dependencies and to translate complex strategies for park teams as a subject matter expert.
- Skills in sales funnel optimisation, conversion, and customer experience, with developed communication and diplomacy to influence and persuade stakeholders.
- Proven ability to build and maintain cross-functional relationships, working effectively at both operational and strategic levels across diverse teams and suppliers.
- Experience in managing and guiding remote or matrix teams, with confidence presenting to large internal and external audiences, and proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
- The ability to act as a role model for brand values, demonstrating leadership through mentoring, shaping team behaviour, and representing the business with professionalism and approachability.
