Haven in Hemel Hempstead is seeking an Accounts Administrator to join the Owner Accounts team on a hybrid basis (3 days in the office). The role supports 23,000 owners across Haven Parks with site fees, payments, refunds and account closures, while delivering high-quality service and accurate financial processing.
Reporting to the Owner Accounts Team Manager, you will handle credit control, payment queries and special arrangements, collaborating with Park teams, Finance Leadership and Operations.
