Join us at Haven Holidays as a vital part of our team supporting Hemel Hempstead and park operations in safeguarding our business and guests. In this fixed term role, you’ll play a key part in financial crime prevention by conducting thorough Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), and ongoing monitoring aligned with risk profiles. You’ll review and investigate alerts, spotting suspicious activity or unusual transactions, and help protect the business by identifying, assessing, and escalating risks related to money laundering, fraud, or terrorist financing. What You Will Be Doing
- Providing timely guidance, support, and oversight to the Caravan Sales team.
- Reviewing and responding to Smartsearch referrals and KYC/CDD onboarding queries within agreed SLAs.
- Identifying and escalating unusual or high-risk transactions following internal procedures.
- Assisting with Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Supporting policy and process updates to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance and smooth sales enquiry processing.

- Experience in financial crime, AML, or compliance roles with strong knowledge of UK AML regulations and financial crime controls.
- Proficiency in conducting Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), and transaction monitoring.
- Strong investigative, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to document findings clearly and accurately, maintaining strong organisational skills.
- The ability to work within Haven’s Safe & Secure policies and guidelines.
