This is an exciting opportunity to join Haven in a high-impact Finance Business Partnering role, supporting our Activity & Retail (A&L) operations. Acting as a trusted partner and critical friend to operational and senior stakeholders, you’ll provide insightful financial analysis, constructive challenge and clear, actionable recommendations to support decision making across the business.
Working closely with Retail and Operations teams, you’ll help drive performance, manage risk and support the delivery of financial and strategic targets. This role offers an excellent platform for an ambitious finance professional looking to broaden their commercial exposure, work more closely with the business and take a strong step towards a future leadership role within finance.
Your opportunity will include:
- Partnering with Activity & Retail teams to provide financial insight and decision support
- Reviewing and analysing end-to-end financial performance across A&L operations
- Translating complex financial data into clear, meaningful insights for stakeholders
- Supporting the development of annual budgets, forecasts and financial plans
- Monitoring performance against budgets and identifying risks and opportunities
- Attending, hosting and contributing to weekly and monthly business reviews
- Working with BI and Procurement teams to enhance margin and performance analysis
- Supporting strong financial control across retail venues, including cash and margin control
- Providing input into board-level reporting on Retail performance
- Contributing financial expertise to wider strategic initiatives and business cases

- A recognised professional accounting or finance qualification
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Experience working collaboratively with non-finance stakeholders
- The ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and confidently
- A proactive and commercially minded approach, with confidence to challenge constructively
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data and reporting tools
- Experience of budgeting, forecasting and performance management
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Curiosity and a desire to identify value-creating opportunities
- Ambition to progress into a future finance leadership role
