Haven in Hemel Hempstead is seeking a senior Head of Reward to own our reward strategy and delivery. You’ll lead a small Reward Partners team and work with Payroll, People Services, Finance and senior leaders to ensure reward decisions align with business priorities. You’ll connect reward with payroll and other parts of the people system, modernise processes, and scale reward for frontline teams on NMW/NLW, while balancing commercial considerations with employee value.
