Step into a pivotal leadership role as Deputy to the F&B Director, where your influence will empower park teams to hit their Balanced Scorecard targets and drive outstanding performance. You will lead and inspire the F&B Operational Support Managers and Franchise & New Openings Support Managers, ensuring seamless business partnering and successful initiative delivery. This role combines technical expertise, commercial insight, and hands-on operational leadership to champion Haven's strategic growth pillars. By providing clear insight and strong business partnership, you will enable park leaders to confidently deliver excellence across Haven's own brands and franchise operations.
What you will be doing:
- Operating strategically with senior leaders, acting as the core operational and franchise specialist, and maintaining strong relationships across park F&B leadership and franchisors.
- Leading planning and implementation of pre-park opening, operational, and closure plans, ensuring consistent execution of safe systems and SOPs for both Haven and Franchise operations.
- Championing operational excellence by driving efficiency, performance improvements, best practice sharing, and robust reporting to support Balanced Scorecard targets.
- Partnering closely with Finance, Digital, EPOS, H&S, Capital Development, and other stakeholders to embed operating models, support franchise growth, and ensure aligned delivery of the F&B strategy.
- Leading and developing the F&B Operational Support Managers and Franchise/New Openings Support Managers to provide high-quality business partnering, coaching, and performance management across parks.
What we'd like you to bring:
- Proven experience in the F&B industry, with strong knowledge of QSR, Fast Casual, and Casual Dining models, including franchise operations and multi-site management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to balance the needs of guests, teams, and stakeholders effectively.
- Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills, complemented by advanced margin and performance management capabilities.
- Experienced in team management, situational leadership, change management, and thriving under pressure with effective time and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Adobe, and advanced food hygiene, with comprehensive P&L knowledge and the ability to build collaborative relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
