We are seeking a friendly, motivated team player to bring great energy and service to our restaurant and bar. As a key representative of our venue, you’ll extend a warm welcome to guests and owners, take their orders, deliver tasty food and drinks, and create a hospitable atmosphere that encourages them to return.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests with a friendly attitude and ensuring they have a great experience.
- Taking food and drink orders, serving meals, and preparing beverages at the bar.
- Handling payments and ensuring orders are accurate and delivered promptly.
- Keeping the restaurant, bar, and service areas clean, organised, and running smoothly.
- Working closely with all team members across the venue to deliver operational excellence.
- Knowing the menu well enough to assist guests with recommendations and queries.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a pub, restaurant, fast food or customer service role or as a waiter or waitress is desirable but not required as training will be provided.
