We're looking for a flexible, hands-on team member to join us at Haven (Park Name). You'll be trained across three key areas – Cleaning Services, Experience, and Food & Beverage – and work where you're needed most. One day you might be stripping beds and cleaning accommodation, the next you could be clearing tables and serving guests in the restaurant or helping families check in at reception. It's a varied role that keeps things interesting. You'll pick up new skills, work with different teams, and play a big part in making sure our guests have a brilliant stay.
What you'll be doing
- Working across Cleaning Services, Experience, and Food & Beverage departments
- Picking up shifts based on park needs and busy periods
- Delivering great guest service, no matter which department you're in
- Keeping standards high across all areas you work in
- Supporting your team and getting stuck in wherever needed
