As a Guest Experience Team Member, you’ll be interacting with guests and owners to ensure they feel welcome, valued and have everything they need for a memorable experience. From cheerful hellos to problem‑solving pros, you’ll play a key role in making every guest’s stay unforgettable.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet each guest with a friendly smile and genuine enthusiasm as they arrive at our vibrant reception area, creating an inviting atmosphere and a positive first impression.
- Listen attentively to questions or concerns, taking thoughtful action to make each interaction feel personalised and effortless.
- Collaborate with other team members to deliver smooth, seamless service that enhances every moment of the guest and owner experience.
- Actively listen to the thoughts, ideas, and feedback of our guests and owners, sharing these insights with the relevant teams to continually elevate our service.
- Create a welcoming space, ensure a clean, safe, and inviting environment where guests, owners, and visitors feel completely at home.
Requirements
- Experience in roles such as Customer Service Advisor, Reception Team Member or a similar role in guest relations or customer service is beneficial but not essential; we provide training.
- Customer focused with a passion for working with people.
- Can actively listen, communicate clearly, and maintain a professional, friendly manner.
- Ability to handle challenges or guest complaints with patience, tact, and efficiency.
