Join our team at Seashore Holiday Park, located on the Great Yarmouth beach front. We are looking for a practical, hands-on individual to join our fantastic Grounds & Siting Team. In this varied role, you will be instrumental in maintaining the high standards of our park’s outdoor spaces and helping set up our holiday homes to perfection.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on park grounds, walkways, and recreational areas.
  • Support with minor construction projects including groundwork preparation, fencing, and laying pathways.
  • Perform landscaping tasks such as mowing, planting, pruning, and general outdoor upkeep.
  • Transport, position, level, and secure caravans in line with site plans and safety protocols.
  • Assist with caravan relocation, exterior cleaning, and basic maintenance tasks.
  • Inspect caravans and park areas for safety and functionality, reporting any issues.
  • Operate grounds maintenance and siting equipment safely and effectively.
  • Work closely with the wider Facilities Team to provide a seamless guest experience across the park.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in roles such as Groundworker, Grounds Maintenance, Caravan Siting, Landscaping, or Construction.
  • Confidence using maintenance equipment, hand tools, and siting machinery.
  • A positive, team-player attitude with the ability to also work independently.
  • A strong focus on safety and maintaining a compliant working environment.
  • A full UK Driving Licence is required.
  • Applicants must be aged 21 or over (due to siting vehicle requirements).
