Join our team at Haven as a Pool Attendant and help make our pool area the ultimate destination for fun and relaxation. You will support guests at all times, maintain the pool area, and work closely with lifeguards to deliver a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests, answer questions, and assist with any needs to enhance their pool experience.
- Ensure poolside areas, changing rooms, and lounge areas are clean, safe, and organised.
- Set up and take down pool equipment and lend help with pool events, activities, or group sessions as needed.
- Monitor the pool area to ensure guests follow facility rules and safety regulations.
- Support lifeguards by observing pool activity and alerting them to any potential safety concerns.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a pool or leisure environment is beneficial but not essential.
- Basic knowledge of pool safety practices is a plus; training will be provided if needed.
- Ability to remain alert and attentive in a fast‑paced environment.
