Join our One Great Team here at Haven as an Owners Lounge Host, where you’ll be dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences for our valued holiday homeowners in their exclusive lounge! As an Owners' Lounge Host, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere for our owners, providing a personalised service and ensuring their visits are memorable. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy building connections, this role is ideal for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Greet owners warmly, building rapport and ensuring a positive lounge experience.
- Assist with daily operations of the lounge, including serving drinks and food, keeping the space clean and inviting.
- Provide information on events, activities, and amenities, helping owners make the most of their stay.
- Act as a point of contact for owner queries, offering friendly and efficient assistance.
- Support the owner services team in creating a sense of community within the owner’s lounge.
Requirements
- Experience in a hospitality or customer service role is beneficial.
- Friendly, personable, and confident in interacting with guests of all ages.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
- Applicants must meet the minimum legal age of 18 to sell alcohol.
