This role is all about makingmemories that last a lifetime… and it just might be the opportunity of alifetime for you, too!KeyAccountabilities Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and supportthe team to deliver excellent service and achieve targets.  Guest Experience: Ensure top-tier guestsatisfaction by addressing concerns, improving service, and driving a welcomingatmosphere.  Performance Management: Monitor individualand team performance, providing regular feedback, coaching, and conductingperformance reviews.  Resource Management: Oversee staffscheduling, budgets, and resources to maximise efficiency and meet businessneeds.  Compliance and Safety: Ensure all operationscomply with health and safety regulations, company policies, andstandards.  Problem Solving: Quickly resolve anyoperational issues that arise, ensuring smooth day-to-day running.  Training and Development: Support staffdevelopment through ongoing training, mentoring, and creating growthopportunities.  RequirementsWhilst wewill provide the training and support required to ensure you are great at whatyou do, the ideal candidate will…- Havepreviously worked within a leadership capacity, within the entertainmentindustry. – Have proven ability to plan and co-ordinate events and productions. – Possess a thorough knowledge and understanding of leadership attributes.

– Have the ability to cope under pressure and to be flexible in order to adaptto any changes. – Be able to prioritise and deliver to deadlines. – Be a high-energy individual with a passion for entertaining.
