We're looking for Entertainment & Owner Events Team Managers who are experienced in delivering world-class entertainment and owner engagement, and excited to lead a talented cast team dedicated to creating memories that last a lifetime. As an Entertainment & Owner Events Team Manager, you'll be at the heart of our entertainment lineup overseeing organisation, logistics, and daily operations to bring the magic to life!

Working with the Head of Park Experience & Leisure Operations, you'll motivate and guide your team to deliver exceptional experiences whilst continuously raising the bar. This role is all about making memories that last a lifetime.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead, coach and guide cast members, role-modelling Haven's mission and values to promote a 'guest and owners obsessed' ethos.
  • Guest & Owner Experience: Support cast members through their 90-day induction, ensuring the team maintains competence and completes mandatory training. Welcome new owners on park and manage the owners booking system, Owners Lounge, and social media communications with owners to build relationships and encourage participation.
  • Entertainment Delivery: Ensure all entertainment product is consistently delivered to brand standards, working with Bar Team Managers to optimise entertainment content, schedules and transitions to drive guest engagement.
  • Owner Events Management: Own and manage the annual park plan for Owner Events, ensuring centrally provided content and acts are maximised and that any local spends are controlled within agreed budgets. Review owners and guests feedback and take relevant action to enhance events and entertainment delivered.
  • Performance Management: Identify and develop future talent within the entertainment department, ensuring all cast members have a relevant and effective Performance Development Plan. Work with cast members to address and action any required areas of improvement.
  • Resource Management: Complete relevant tasks including populating rotas, entertainment schedules, risk assessments, safety compliance and legislative compliance. Work alongside the central casting team to support the recruitment process for new cast members.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure all visiting acts follow Haven guidelines, operating procedures and H&S requirements on parks. Ensure on-park technical equipment, props and costumes are maintained and that any concerns are communicated or escalated as soon as they are identified.
  • Problem Solving: Confidently deal with guest and owner concerns, resolving any problems with empathy and understanding. Escalate issues and risks to Heads of Department as required.
  • Continuous Improvement: Follow Standard Operating Procedures, manuals and rehearsal content to ensure all events are delivered on-brand. Attend central functional calls and briefings as required, ensuring teams are fully updated on latest SOPs and proposition changes.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated leadership experience within the entertainment industry, preferably within holiday parks.
  • Proven ability to plan, co-ordinate and deliver events and productions to brand standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead and develop teams.
  • Experience directing staged performances and managing technical provisions.
  • Scheduling, rostering, and event planning expertise.
  • Ability to build relationships with the wider park team and work across multiple functions.
  • High-energy individual with a passion for entertaining and delivering exceptional guest and owner experiences.
  • Flexible, able to cope under pressure and adapt to changes whilst prioritising and delivering to deadlines.
  • Our Entertainment & Owner Events Team Managers are required to work 5 or 6 days per week. Hours will include evenings and weekends, including seasonal peaks.
