  • Manage end‑to‑end product discovery, development, testing, and go‑to‑market.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Operations, Engineering, UX, and Product colleagues.
  • Ensure EPOS and retail products align with brand strategy, compliance, and user safety.
  • Drive successful roll‑out across multi‑site operations.
  • Use data to track outcomes and optimise product performance.

  • Champion continuous improvement, experimentation, and innovation.
  • Keep guests and owners at the centre of all product decisions.

What We’d Like You To Bring

  • Experience rolling out hardware/software products at scale across multi‑site businesses.
  • Strong background in product management, ideally within Retail or EPOS environments (e.g. supermarket, EPOS supplier, food delivery).
  • Knowledge of UX design, agile frameworks, and product methodologies.
  • Commercial acumen with a focus on revenue growth and guest satisfaction (NPS).
  • Experience working closely with operations teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to analyse competitor products and apply insights.
  • Creative problem‑solving and the confidence to challenge existing approaches.
  • A collaborative, guest‑centred mindset aligned to our Haven values.
  • Flexibility to travel regularly across the UK.

  • 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + Holiday Buy Scheme
  • Annual bonus
  • 20 % discount on both Haven and Warner Hotels holiday for you, family and friends
  • Comprehensive wellbeing support
  • Access to the Bourne Leisure corporate box at the O2 Arena, London
