We’re looking for a visionary and commercially astute leader to shape Haven’s long-term growth strategy. As our Head of Proposition & Strategic Growth, you’ll serve as the strategic intelligence hub for the business, responsible for maintaining comprehensive market awareness and competitive positioning analysis across all operating markets. You’ll ensure executive leadership receive timely insights on market conditions, competitor activities, and consumer trends, whilst developing robust forecasting models based on evidence-driven analysis of market drivers that will inform future strategic planning.

This role offers a unique opportunity to influence both immediate and long-term profitability, while working closely with senior leaders across the business on key strategic projects. It will suit someone who can blend a strong commercial / analytical background with a creative approach to strategy.

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Monitor market conditions, competitor activity, and consumer trends.
  • Deliver forecasting models and market analysis to inform strategy.
  • Define and align target customer segments across the business.
  • Lead high-impact strategic projects from concept to delivery.
  • Develop and maintain long-term pitch capital investment plans.
  • Optimise pitch development, design, and phasing for maximum return.
  • Support the creation of winning guest propositions and park transformations.
  • Produce investor-ready market intelligence and growth strategy documents.
  • Collaborate with Exec leaders to align strategic priorities.
  • Ensure post-investment reviews drive future project success.

  • Demonstrable experience in strategic planning, market research, or business development.
  • Strong analytical and market forecasting skills.
  • Experience leading strategic projects with measurable results.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement, including with C-level executives.
  • Knowledge of sales, marketing, operations, finance, and development functions.
  • Proven ability to translate complex strategies into actionable plans.
  • Advanced Excel / data analysis capabilities.
  • Adaptability, resilience, and a growth-focused mindset.
  • Industry experience in leisure, hospitality, or tourism (desirable).
