Join our One Great Team at Haven as an Owners Lounge Team Member, where you’ll help create a relaxed, welcoming, and high-quality experience exclusively for our Holiday Homeowners. This role is all about great service, familiar faces, and creating a comfortable social space that owners love returning to. Whether you’re preparing a perfectly poured pint, serving a glass of wine, or enjoying a friendly chat with our owners, you’ll play a key role in making the Owners Lounge a warm and welcoming space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet Holiday Homeowners warmly and provide attentive, personalised service
- Take and prepare drinks orders, including beers, wines, spirits, and simple cocktails
- Maintain a clean, organised, and well-presented bar and lounge area
- Build rapport with owners, helping to create a friendly, community feel
- Support owner events and social activities, including setting up, serving, and ensuring events run smoothly
- Work collaboratively with other departments across the park when required to support owner experiences and operational needs
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day lounge operations
- Follow all responsible alcohol service and health guidelines
