Join our One Great Team here at Haven as a Fast Food Team Member. We’re looking for energetic and friendly Fast Food Team Members to help prepare and serve our tasty takeaway meals in a fast-paced, fun environment. If you’re passionate about delivering excellent customer service and love the idea of serving up delicious food, this role is made for you!
Key Responsibilities- Warmly greet guests, take orders, and answer menu questions.
- Prepare and assemble food, following brand recipes and quality standards.
- Pack and serve orders quickly and correctly to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Efficiently process payments and handle transactions.
- Maintain a clean, stocked workspace and follow food safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
- Experience in fast food, quick service restaurants, or retail is a plus but not essential; we provide full training.
- Customer service experience – friendly, approachable and ready to help guests.
- Familiarity with basic food preparation.
- Attention to detail, particularly when handling food orders and cash transactions.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
