Ready to shape culture and wellbeing at Haven? We’re looking for a results-oriented Culture & Wellbeing Partner to co-create and deliver an insight-led strategy that champions inclusion and enhances our values-led culture. You’ll help embed our three core values—Bring the Sunshine, Do it with Pride, and Dare to Care—across our Parks and Head Office, working closely with Teams and leaders to create real, positive change. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Shaping our wellbeing strategy – Developing and delivering inclusive, insight-led support for mental, physical, financial, and social wellbeing.
  • Leading impactful initiatives – Running creative, tailored campaigns and coordinating wellbeing champions across the business, Mental Health First Aiders, and local wellbeing support.
  • Turning insight into action – Using data, feedback, and trends to drive proactive, meaningful wellbeing improvements.
  • Raising awareness & engagement – Working with Internal Comms to ensure every Team Member knows they’re supported and heard.
  • Championing inclusion & belonging – Partnering on DE&I, leading learning sessions, and inspiring others by living our values every day.

What we’d like you to bring:

  • Proven Wellbeing expertise – Experience developing and delivering impactful wellbeing strategies, campaigns, and mental health support.
  • Strategic mindset – Ability to plan ahead, align wellbeing with business goals, and use insight to build compelling cases for change.
  • Great communication & collaboration skills – Skilled at building relationships, influencing others, and storytelling to inspire action.
  • The ability to be hands-on and adaptable – Skilled at leading events, creating content, and flexing to meet changing needs—always role modeling our values.
  • Collaborative skills with influence and reach – Brings cross-functional understanding, supports inclusive culture and DE&I, and is happy to travel to our Parks.
