Responsibilities:

  • Help new families secure their dream holiday home, using product knowledge and support.
  • Build relationships with existing owners, guiding them through part-exchange experiences for their current holiday homes.
  • Engage in a target-driven role, maintaining integrity, honesty, and transparency to create memorable sales experiences.

Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience in roles such as Caravan Sales Advisor, Car Sales Executive, Estate Agent, or similar.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a self-motivated, confident, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Experience in a target-driven environment, especially with high-value sales; ability to close deals while building satisfaction.
  • Financial acumen: familiarity with financial governance and credit processes is a plus.
  • Full UK driving licence considered beneficial but not essential.
