Join our team at Seaview Holiday Park near an award-winning beach close to the excitement of Weymouth.Preston, Weymouth, Dorset DT3 6DZ GBRJob DetailsPosition: Accommodation Cleaning Coach Type: Part-Time / Seasonal – working Mondays and Fridays Pay Rates: £13.21 per hour Join our One Great Team here at Haven as an Accommodation Cleaning Coach, where you'll lead, support and train a team of cleaners, ensuring we provide spotless, welcoming spaces for our guests to enjoy their next adventure! In this role, you’ll be at the heart of an energetic cleaning team, providing clear direction and plenty of motivation. You’ll inspire the team to make sure every caravan, lodge, chalet, or apartment is fresh, clean, and ready for new arrivals. Plus, you'll make sure everything stays safe, compliant, and on point with company policies. Key Responsibilities – Guide and coach your team to deliver impeccable standards, ensuring our guest accommodations are pristine, welcoming, and fully prepared for new arrivals.- Conduct quality checks of each unit, offering constructive feedback, support, and assistance to maintain high standards. – Ensure all cleaning tools and supplies are used effectively and stored safely. – Maintain a safe, compliant environment, that upholds our commitment to quality and safety. Requirements – Experience in cleaning or housekeeping, as a Team Leader, Supervisor or Senior Cleaner, is valued but not essential; we providetraining.- Ability to lead and motivate a team with good communication skills. – High attention to detail and a commitment to quality. – Good time management and organisational skills. – Flexibility to work bank holidays and school holidays, as required.
