Join our One Great Team here at Haven as a Cake Shop Assistant. You’ll be part of a team that’s all about creating delightful experiences for our customers in a fun, upbeat setting filled with delicious creations and happy customers.

We are seeking a friendly, dessert-loving Team Member to join our Cakery! Not only will you be serving our beautiful cakes, but you’ll also help make milkshakes and serve up scoops of delicious ice cream. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for sweet treats, who loves working with people, and enjoys a dynamic, fast-paced environment where every day is about making someone’s day a little sweeter!

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests with a warm smile, assist them in choosing from our range of cakes, milkshakes, and ice creams, and answer any menu-related questions.
  • Process orders efficiently and accurately, handling cash and card payments and ensuring customers leave with a great experience.
  • Keep our display cases and counters stocked, clean, and visually inviting. Help organize supplies and restock items as needed.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the workday, following food safety guidelines.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a Bakery, QSR, Retail or Fast-Food restaurant preferred; if not, we will provide training and support.
  • Attention to detail, especially in presentation and quality.
  • Friendly, positive attitude with a strong focus on guest service.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak hours.
