Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Burger King Manager located in Hafan Y Mor. The Burger King Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Burger King brand and their team, ensuring high standards of customer service and quality. Responsibilities include managing the team, handling budgeting and inventory, and maintaining health and safety standards. The manager will also develop and implement strategies to enhance revenue and customer satisfaction.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in a Management/leadership role and Budgeting
• Leadership and team management abilities
• Ability to lead from the front well in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant experience in the hospitality or food and beverage industry is a plus
• Proficiency in using management software and tools
