Join our One Great Team at Haven as a People Administrator, a dynamic dual-role position where you’ll support both our guests and our team members to help create an exceptional park experience. This varied role blends front-of-house guest service with People/HR administration. You’ll be the friendly face welcoming guests at reception and the organised, reliable support our managers and team members depend on. From delivering warm welcomes and resolving guest queries to supporting recruitment, payroll and compliance processes, you’ll play a vital role in keeping everything running smoothly. Key Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively across departments to ensure a seamless guest and team experience and share feedback to drive improvements.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, compliance checks and accurate team records.
  • Guide managers on HR systems and process starters and leavers correctly.
  • Assist with payroll, absence and holiday tracking to ensure accuracy.
  • Support engagement initiatives and act as a point of contact for team member queries relating to pay, policies and wellbeing.
  • Deliver a warm, professional welcome to guests and owners at reception.
  • Support check-ins, bookings and enquiries, resolving issues with care and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service, reception, HR, or administrative roles is beneficial.
  • A genuine passion for people, both guests and team members alike.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident communication skills with the ability to actively listen and provide clear guidance.
  • Comfortable balancing guest-facing responsibilities with administrative tasks.
