In this role, you’ll be at the heart of an energetic team, leading assigned shifts with clear direction and plenty of motivation. You’ll inspire the team to provide fantastic guest experiences and high-quality standards. Plus, you will make sure everything stays safe, compliant, and on point with company policies.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and support the team by assigning tasks, ensuring smooth workflow, and motivating the team to deliver excellent service.
- Provide prompt, professional guest service, addressing complaints and special requests.
- Oversee food preparation, ensuring quality, taste, and compliance with standards.
- Maintain adherence to food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness regulations.
- Assist in training new team members on company policies and procedures.
- Participate in team duties while stepping up as the shift leader when assigned.
