We are seeking a super‑organised and proactive Bar Administrator to be the magic behind the scenes that keeps our bar buzzing! Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee stock and inventory levels to ensure a steady supply of bar essentials, coordinating with suppliers as needed.
  • Check in and log out stock accurately when items are allocated to different departments or sections, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Handle cashing up and secure banking of daily takings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Support the bar’s general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and responding to emails and other communications.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality setting.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Reliable and able to work independently with good time‑management skills.
  • Flexible availability to support bar operations, including weekends and holidays as required.
