All we are looking for is… – Proven experience leading large teams in an Activities & Leisure or similar environment – Experience in managing operations, performance, resourcesand cost control – Can confidently deal with Guest concerns and resolveproblems – Excellent communication, organisational and leadershipskills – Strong decision-making ability It would be great if you held the below qualifications butdon’t worry if you don’t, we can provide the training and support required! – Pool Plant Operator (PPO) – Swimming Pool Technician Operator (SPTO) Who are we?
